My name is Ratnesh Singh, I have pursued master's degree in Yogic sciences from University of Patanjali and Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education as well as Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training. I have been teaching yoga for 5 years. I have also been into sports and played at National level in Yogasana Sports and MTB Cycling. A Perk of being yoga teacher is that it gives us the chance to transform a person physically as well as mentally. In fact it gives us the opportunity to transform ourselves and it improve the strong qualities like self motivation and strong will.
I give training for Common Lifestyle Diseases, Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pre-Post Natal Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, Mudra and Bandha with basic anatomy and philosophy.
I am experienced in conducting Group classes, Corporate sessions, Yoga Retreats, Workshop and Personalized classes.
As a Yoga teacher I ensure that when students leave my class they are calm, relax, full of positivity and developed inquisitiveness towards there own self.
I motivate my students to introduce this ancient gem in their regular life.
