Create an attribute named "Shipping Cost" for all product.

Create a custom module to add a new shipping method to magento. I should get two options as below if this shipping method is enabled

1. Fastest Way (this should be a total of all amounts defined in shipping cost attribute for all products that are in cart)

2. Best Way (this should be the maximum of all amounts defined in shipping cost attribute for all products that are in cart)
