Aman Saxena

I am originally from gwalior, madhya pradesh. As a kid I always had a knack for video game music. I have started learning guitar in 2011. After completing my graduation in chemical engineering in aug 2016, I started learning music composition and in 2017, I created harmonic arrangement for a song of ebenezer high school in gwalior. In 2018, I moved to dehradun where I started working as a project assistant in csir-iip there, I kept music alive in me and performed and headlined various local events including annual event in csir-iip.
Due to change interests and a will to get into video gaming industry, I starting building my portfolio as e-sport professional and participated in various gaming tournaments while working in dehradun itself.
Returning to gwalior in 2019, I worked with local e-sports and bikers community motology for hosting "Tekken 7" tournaments around gwalior, agra and gurgaon and in june we got an opportunity to host a twt 2019 dojo 64 tournament. After which the further connected with more gamers and organizers and eventually decided to move to pune and started working in ubisoft india as a video game tester. In pune, I worked with pune fgc and worked with their crew to host tournaments across pune and mumbai. While working in ubisoft for 3 years, I learned about video game development and stage gate process and also came to understand more about music production for games.
I went on to pursue further education in music at the goa jazz academy in guirim, north goa. In there, I completed my music foundation course in dec 2022 and jazz ensemble programme in march 2023.
During my time in goa, I got a lot of opportunities to perform, form some hustle groups and did local gigs.
Currently I work as community manager at the goa jazz academy. I'm also doing a elective course for jazz guitar as well. I am working on some of my own musical work and strengthening my music production skills to create music for video games.
