1. Select the document and right click and click more and then check out.
2. Now you can make changes by opening in online or native app.
3. To check in you have two options either discard check out or check in.
4. Discard check out means changes made wont be saved and check in means changes are saved and document is available for others to edit.
5. To check in select document and click check in or discard check out.
6. Type the comments if any and click check in and you can see in version history the previous document.
