I have 20+ Years of work experience in HR and Trainings. Over this span of time, I have handled offices and business of US, India, Europe, and APAC region. Having core experience in training, the major issue I found as speaker, as a motivational speaker, that people listen and enjoy but seldom they make major changes in their lives after listening or reading motivational or spiritual training or books. Hence, in 2012 I invented AaMoksha, a technique that actually makes a person change effectively that he desires to, like overcoming an addiction, sustaining good relations, having success in Job or a business, how to find personal goals and real meaning and purpose of life, how to be happy and peaceful, how to discover self and God Realization, How to serve others etc. I have done life coaching for several, and conducted seminars at various corporates and institutes/colleges. People get what they want, is equal to my satisfaction.

Personality Development is a broader term, with Development in terms of Body, Mind & Soul, which further bifurcates into various sub branches, and also it depends on gender, occupation and most importantly the purpose. One may be interested only in development of personality as fashion, other may want to develop personality to deal with modern age life and some one perhaps wants to prepare him/her self for a modelling or acting.
