Hi Sir/Madam, This is Nagaraju Tamada, I completed my B-Tech (CSE)-2012 after that I did 2 projects on Oracle(Pl/SQL) but my friends suggest to learn mongodb , but I don't know about mongodb course and where it is used ? how is it works?,how to learn course and I want class room classes so please provide the details about mongodb course and which institute is best for the mongodb course,Thanking You.

ok so if you understand oracle..its is more of a RDBMS ie relational database management system...where in you can link parent and child data using foreign keys and you can layout indexes , combinational constraints as per need basis...but MONGO is a OODBMS meaning object oriented database management...

ok so if you understand oracle..its is more of a RDBMS ie relational database management system...where in you can link parent and child data using foreign keys and you can layout indexes , combinational constraints as per need basis...but MONGO is a OODBMS meaning object oriented database management system..it is more of a NoSQL database where we dont write queries to fetch data,we write criterion,projection and options...mongo has a very different approach to saving of data when compared to any of the rdbms.. what we call rows in normal RDBMS, mongo calls it documents,similarly tables are known as collections and columns are known as attributes, in a RDBMS every row must have a fixed number of columns, but in Mongo or OODBMS every document can have any number of coulmns/attributes,,every document in mongodb is treated like a object...mongodb does not support joins but we can force it to... mongo db is very much hand in glove or best freinds with nodejs and the MEAN stack because mongodb supports JSON data format..which is a pure javascript format...and its very fast and more scalable ...for more join my classes and I would be more than happy to teach you mongodb :) read less
