Yes, there are many dance forms which can be learnt free. But, to learn more beautiful technical things one needs a mentor. Dance is an art form which needs to manifest. For which the one takes guidance. To repay the knowledge which is given by the Guru one gives Guru Dakshina, which is today known as fees. Please, a humble request to respect the art form.

There are many dance forms which one can learn free online. But to understand techniques in detail, one needs a mentor or guide. Dance is an art form, and to manifest through an art form one surely needs guidance and for that guidance the everywhere the tradition of Gurudakshina is followed, which is currently known as Fees.
