Your Best Year Ever! Goal Setting Workshop 2020

"I attended the Goal Setting Workshop 2020 on 4th January 2020. As I was newly married at that time and came to Mumbai from Pune, a lot of planning in field of career, health, relationship, finance had to be done.At the goal setting workshop conducted by Mr.Amar Salvi. I could streamline each of my goal and further break it down in to the steps which I needed to take to achieve my goals. I started taking one step at a time as guided by Mr.Amar Salvi in the workshop and as I had to start life afresh in the new city, my goal was to get a job which I got. Also my goal is to become fit, I am on track, as I have already lost a kilo. The other goals which were set by me are also on the right track because of the techniques that I learnt at this workshop.It's a must attend workshop if you want to see yourself as a successful person in the future. "

Hi Vishaka, the answer to your question, starts with another problem, which soft skill do you personally feel you need help in improving? Soft Skills as a term is an umbrella term and refers to the interpersonal skills required by anyone to get along well with others. These could be various skills like; communication skills, problem-solving, leadership skills (flexibility, empathy, ownership,pro-activeness, etc. are subsets of leadership), critical-thinking, creative-thinking, willingness to learn (which you have already shown by reaching out for help).

So, it's important to introspect and do a quick review of your strengths and weaknesses, which will give you an idea of which aspect you need help with and then reach out to the relevant teachers/trainers/coaches.

The other approach is self-learning, which has helped me personally the most. There are enough and more resources available on the net, on any topic you need help on. Go through google, youtube, and more importantly look for recommended books that can help you in your journey. 

Most importantly, make a start.
