My strength is my personal practice . I dedicate all my free time in practicing yoga : Meditation, pranayam , asanas & Bhakti yoga!
I have spent major part of my training in Rishikesh. I have travelled around various countries to learn different techniques & forms of yoga ( Bali , Nepal , Thailand , Dharamashala , Mysore & kerala ). My passion towards yoga is never ending & I hold great respect towards my gurus who taught me real meaning of yoga. I teach yoga because I put my heart and soul in getting the best out of my students. I am trained to teach very beginners, intermediate & advance level students.
Yoga is a beautiful journey, if its practiced regularly one can accompalish whatever he/she needs.
It is not only practice of the body but also mind .
