For the past six years, I have immersed myself in the practice and teaching of yoga, specializing in Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa. My journey into yoga began out of a deep-seated interest in this ancient practice, and I have since pursued advanced training at a reputable yoga institute.
My passion for yoga has been a guiding force in my life, and I have dedicated myself to sharing its profound benefits with others.

My teaching journey has taken me to a yoga institute where I have had the privilege of training over 170 clients. Through my teaching, I aim to inspire individuals of all ages to embrace the practice of yoga for their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

My teaching approach encompasses both online and offline modes, ensuring that I can reach and guide students regardless of their location or preferences. I welcome students of all age groups, recognizing that yoga is a practice that can benefit individuals at any stage of life.

In my yoga sessions, I prioritize practical sessions, allowing students to experience the transformative power of yoga firsthand. My goal is to facilitate a deep connection between mind, body, and breath, enabling students to harness the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

My commitment to yoga is unwavering, and my mission is to share its transformative potential with as many individuals as possible. I do so with the belief that yoga can empower individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives, fostering physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace.
