About Green Belt:
We provide Six Sigma Green Belt programme is a 5 day, 30 hours online training to enhance the skill of individual’s to learn and drive continual improvement projects in their own work area, process in any domains and industries.
This knowledge sharing through training will help the participants to achieve their personal and professional goals. It is focused for skill improvement and help to achieve business goals through process based approach. Identifying the process variation to improve process and eliminating the waste through deployment of the DMAIC methodology - Define, Measure, Analyse Improve and Control approach.
