COURSE CONTENTS
1) Foundation course in electrical & electronics technology, study identification & testing of components, Study and operation of test & repair tools / equipment, DC Power supplies.
2) Study of various CCTV systems, cameras, cabling, connectors, signal & power transmission, selection & configuration of CCTV cameras, DVR's, power supplies. Theory of Video & Audio signals.( RX & TX).
3) CCTV installation, requirements, tools, mountings, Cabling/wiring, DVR Installation, configuration, Setup & trouble shooting. Use of power tools, Safety precautions, International Safety norms.
4) CCTV System design concepts, plan layouts, consideration as per application. Focal length, Calculations of Lens size, field of view, Angle of view, distance, length & width of target, lighting conditions, oudoor /indoor.
5) CCTV camera repair - module & component level refurbishment & repairs, dismantling of cameras, study of various types of camera systems, parts replacement, testing, fault finding, rectification etc.
6) Practicals on Micro soldering stations & SMD reworkstations removal & replacement of faulty components.
