My formal education includes a Diploma in Yoga, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide you on your yogic path.

For the past 8 years, I have been conducting in-home sessions at clients' locations, and for the past 2 years, I have extended my reach through online sessions. I've had the privilege of training people on World Yoga Day, including Navy personnel.
I offer both offline and online classes, each lasting 1 hour, with practical sessions that allow you to experience the essence of different yoga styles. My live sessions provide real-time guidance and support.
While I may not use specific tools for online instruction, my expertise lies in creating a personalized and interactive experience to help you harness the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
