If you have the dedication to learn you can definitely make it.. keep reading search on Google words meaning you don't understand take spoken English tuition and clear your doubts with your teacher

Hi Jatin as per my experience you should keep reading newspapers and try to speak In English with people you know and ask them to correct you mean while work on your grammar like past particles and present particles Try for online or one to one classes Good Luck!
