An engineering dropout from MIT, Manipal with a reputation for having taught people from different backgrounds, the language of music. Previously accepted into Berklee College of Music, an offer I had to decline due to financial reasons. I have taught people of different age groups and have seen them grow faster than I did when I started playing the guitar 10+ years ago.

My model for teaching encompasses all basics and fundamentals of Music Theory and Guitar. Right from knowing and understanding the why's of music to answering the How's and writing your first song, I'll assist you through it all but you'll be able to take that learning forward and grow in my absence. The tips that most people wont give you because their goal is to make money with the limited knowledge they have, you'll find those and more so you dont have to rely on another tutor that could potentially ruin your chances of becoming a good guitarist/musician. I understand the importance of certain habits as a musician that are hard to correct if they've been taught wrong at the start.

I hope to make this learning process interesting for you and not merely painful and full of blisters and confusion. After your second class with me, you'll learn to love the pain of pressing on the fretboard, by fifth, you wont feel the pain anymore. So 5 hrs from "pain & gain" to "no pain and absolute gains," sounds like the deal you wont get at your local gym! My price is higher for the amount of effort I put into this and looking at the average pricing I've reduced it too.
