I have always been involved in training in my company where I work as an IT professional. I have ever been involved in creating training materials for different training sessions and delivering them. I love to teach mathematics, statistics and programming languages. I love to provide training for Microsoft office tools which includes Excel, Word, Access and VBA. My training methodology is the one you want to have, no compulsion on time and content. I believe in imparting such knowledge to my pupil that they understand the concept and learn it for whole life, not just making them cram everything for the sake of it.

In the current situation online option is better and preferrable. However, it also depends on the course you want to learn. Some of the more theoretical classes tend to be explainable much better face to face. However, for any software or programming classes could be easily be done on online mode.
