Over Decade of experience in Microsoft platform, while developing various desktop to server-side projects,Now itâ??s time to expand my skill and take more challenges in Open source development,and play important role in business-critical models So learning, Practicing, Teaching and Working myself open-source server-side scripting, framework as well as trying to deliver best of me with best combination of my hobby as well as skills. Currently providing training , guidance and advisory for Python(Django), Ruby on Rail,Perl, ,Jquery, HTML5,CSS3,Jquery Mobile, and so on with various framework such as Django,Rail, to deliver best solution, As an Software Engineer I never forget from where I started to learn so keeping myself updated every day and also making application for windows8 pc also who knows which kind of requirement comes to you. So I am prepared for anything and everything.
As an Individual Small Scale Entrepreneur I worked with various domain such as IT software,BPO,KPO,LPO, Solar Energy, Real Estate , Publication,Banking,Insurance, Sales,Recruitment, IT Business Ventures,E-Learning, Infra, Airlines,Pharma,Branding,Lands,Negotiation,Document Industry,DSAâ??s,Cyber Cell and Crime Branch,STF(Special Task Force),Mantralaya, Advertisement Industry for various projects. I also do make small documentary films and having good social contact with business class. Well I believe in service and serving the customer with best qualities within estimated time and budget, the requirement is different, and the domainâ??s also, but its great over and over time I am doing my best with Born Qualities. I am starving about knowledge and like to implement such knowledge to ease the people's life. Well, I am an excellent learner and mentor and very updated with latest technology and research(past-current-future) At some point, I realised I wanted to spend more time focusing on the aspects of my work that I love -- building applications and generate new Product Ideas. Moreover, I hope to become a part of something more substantial, to contribute to an organisation where I can find new challenges to tackle while possibly mentoring developers and help them grow, too.
