Experience :
I have been practicing and teaching since last 3 years .My techniques simply tend to boost your body strength, lost flexibility, fixity, alignment, and toning up the body. The designs of my Pranayama and meditation sessions follow the philosophy of Shunya( zero) philosophy of nothingness where mind and body gets a state of zero through chanting mantra and regulating breaths.
I have experience in taking yoga group classes, corporate yoga sessions and personal sessions. I have worked with top luxury clubs like Fitness first Club,Nitrro Bespoke fitness club , NSCI Club as freelance yoga Instroctor.As far as my yoga education is concerned I have studied Sivananda yoga foundation course (Classicial
Hatha yoga) and completed 200HR RYT ( Ashtanga Yoga) Yoga alliance USA certification from The Yoga institute , Mumbai
I have a good exposure in Hatha yoga , Ashtanga yoga, and power yoga.
As far as my corporate yoga experience is concerned I have conducted yoga sessions for corporate such as Deloitte Consulting , Moody's Analytics ,Toppr Tech Inc and Renaissance Infrastructure pvt ltd.
