I am certified yoga student as well as degree holder psychologist and i did work with all ages of people in my 3 months social internship in various states which upgraded my confidence and my work hence I able to understand mentality of people, how to deal with people in proper way. Even also have good soft skill , which helps to people get relax.
I was a topper student in my yoga certification course.
My Moto is not only to make the everyone physically fit but also mentally and socially fit , with every student I am achieving my target. Everyone has the right of to urge of happiness, and i would like to be the reason of one's happiness through yoga.
I always add my creativity and novelty in my work, which helps to one's away from boredom.
As I am a psychologist which help me to understand the every behavior and nature of the students.
I have the knowledge about ashtanga yoga, patanjali yoga sutra, yoga therapy, yoganidra also about meditation.
I did the project on " the positive effect of yoganidra to reduce stress".
Also I completed my education from recognized university which is Best for yoga. This all things always upgrade my confidence and my result which makes me to proud myself.
