MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE COURSE Introduction An effective healthcare representative is one who can communicate with healthcare customers’ in their language! The base of this language is the anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology of all the body systems, plus an understanding of how the healthcare industry operates. Pathfinder’s Healthcare Representatives course has, since 2009, provided this background for representatives working for, or individuals wishing to work for, healthcare companies. Delegates are assessed by self assessments, mini-tests, an examination, a territory assignment and a selling skills role-play.
