@kumar are u the same who posted the comments on 29th jan,u had very good opinion on the school and principle ,and from ur comments I felt u were feeling lucky to get the seat then what made you to back off from the school will you please explain in detail.Even my nephew go to this school and only reason to be in tht school is its near,no good faculty after 1st std ,till pg1,2,3 its good.its not a great school so donot regret .other parents who are sending their kids have given only negative feedback but still continue to be in tht school best reason is its near to the place .
The school, may boast of its high quality education, but I may remind the people who read this that, its only an eyewash. Everyone in this school, from the receptionist to the principle, are very rude, arrogant, and don't know the way to talk to parents. they treat parents like a burr, or just an irritation, and try their best to turn them down.
The teachers frustrate the students, especially the ones studying in primary level. They are strict, which might look good, but their strictness is beyond limits. The teachers like to even irritate the parents of the children. The principal, is good, but I think that's so, so that no one gets a bad impression on the school while admitting their ward. I REGRET MY DECISION, OF ADMITTING MY WARD TO THIS SCHOOL, and WOULD REQUEST OTHER PARENTS TO REJECT THIS SCHOOL FROM THEIR LIST (IF THEY'D PLANNED SO)
Pathetic, right from the receptionist, everybody is rude.. they just do not know how to talk to parents - we decided to back off after our experiences during the admission stages.
I would avoid this school. Tyrant of a principal, frustrated teachers - keep troubling kids to the point that they lose respect for teachers. My kids study there and the only reason they continue is we live in that area and don't want them to travel too much.
You are better off with NPS Rajajinagar or Arubindo. Not this one please !
We attended for kg1 interview about a week ago. Met the Principal. She took the lead and didn't pose any questions in the beginning to either of us. She gave a good insight about how we could learn from a child and how we could actively participate with the child. She gave plenty of situations from daily life where we could chip in.
As working parents we have minimal time and how best we could dedicate our time to the child. These were the main take home message.
Apart from that as the interview progressed, she questioned about our schooling, education and about our current profession. I felt the target questioning happens to the weaker of the two. English language has to be adequate I guess.
At the end of the day the child would be asked minimal of things ( like name). My child was sitting on my lap and he had come down with cold. She asked him to move out of my lap and take the empty seat available as he was a big child now for which he obliged. The child was busy looking out at the object of its interest for most part of the interview.
We spent about 20-25 minutes in her chamber. Overall it was a good experience. It was an eyeopener for me as a parent.
She is good with child psychology and understands things better from child's perspective.
She asked our child to get admitted the next day.
We had applied only for a couple of schools ( NPS and NHVPS). We got the interview from this only and fortunately got through.
Other observations: There were few of the interview people who were getting the child admitted the same day. Also several kids were playing basket ball, cricket and shuttle. It didn't occur to me that it was overcrowded, even when the children were on a break.
I guess when we did our schooling and the current schooling trend has been reasonably different. Principal is definitely good, but I don't know how good the faculty would be. Only time will tell.
All the best for you parents. I hope this helps you guys.
