Isolation and Characterization of SPS 40 protein from sheep dry secretions
• Chromatography methods and SDS gel electrophoresis were used for protein purification
• Chromatography methods and SDS gel electrophoresis were used for protein purification and sequencing was performed by N- Terminal Sequencer.
• Result: Single band in SDS-PAGE that corresponds to approximately 40 kDa represents purified SPS 40.

Induction of Apoptosis in Rat model to study biochemical events in cells
• Apoptosis was induced in rat’s liver.
• Microtomy and Propidium iodide staining was performed to differentiate between induced apoptosis & control tissue sections of liver.
• Significance: Induction of apoptosis has a significant role to study biochemical events in the cell that lead to a variety of morphological changes in the cell.
