Yes, you can do the ML course, but you have to learn Python. Also, you should have good statistical knowledge and data analysis skill. But there might be a challenge to get an excellent job as ML expert because a lot of computer science and IT students are becoming ML engg and developer right from their BTech course or from the external institutes. They anyway take advantage of coming from a coding background.
From the MBA or Bcom background, you can target Data science along with Python. Data Science position and projects need business ad domain experts from finance and other industry. Data Science and Artificial Intelligence products are focusing on a lot of different industries where expert architects, developers work with Business and domain experts. Here you can add a lot of values if you are SME of your industry.
Anyway, start with Python.

The production Support role is evolving fast in the current technological landscape. As per the definition, the support role does not need coding background or skill. However, due to cloud and Software as a Service requirement, candidates are required to work in both on-prem & cloud-hosted applications.
Automation is a must in operation support role. Either cloud automation or application automation must need scripting knowledge like python, windows PowerShell or shell script, XML etc. Also, the support role requires good database query knowledge. The non-technical support role will be stuck until you thin to become a business analyst or pure managerial growth.
DevOps, Cloud Engg & Cloud ops are the current requirement in a support role. L1 & NOC support is right for fresher or 2 to 3 yrs exp but as you mover the ladder, you must a technology/service focus or domain focus.
