Do personal trainers help you to lose weight fast?

Obviously yes they help you to decrease your weight through better exercise moreover tells you what you need to avoid in your diet, and change your sedentary lifestyle into active lifestyle.

Are exercise videos equally effective as personal trainers?

It could give you benefits for excersize knowledge however will not tell you proper posture but personal trainer tells you benefits of that exercise and which muscle trained.

We could understand that apps can tell you excersize however personal trainer tells you about best excersize which will be better for you and protect you from injuries which comes suddenly.
