Keep aside your gadgets. Remember your goal. Make your study plan day for each day and stick to it. Start with less studying hrs ,then slowly and steadily keep increasing it. Remember ' boond boond se ghara bharta hai'. Be persistent and study every day. Take proper diet, proper sleep and proper intake of water. I am sure this will help. Keep yourself motivated by starting with little effort towards achieving your dream destination in life.
