With 10+ yrs of experience in the education sector, including the 06 years experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Management & Human Resource Management, and presently working as Principal for a Senior College (Commerce), aiming at holistic and value based education located in Maharashtra, India, I have the requisite qualifications, experience and skill and hence I present myself as a candidate for the same. I fully understand the challenging role that the head of the institution has to play today.

it is my hope and conviction that I could positively contribute to enhance the quality of education imparted in the institution I work for. Working as an Acting Principal / Lecturer, I have found that teaching students is a great learning experience where one needs to turn up one?s skill, techniques with individual problem, attitude and behaviour. I always took risk but always try to implement new ideas. Of course, there is no substitute for hard work and commitment, which are essential ingredients for a good Coordinator or the best Administrator. My rich and varied experience in Schools, Management Institutes & Senior College in various cities has given me that extra edge to groom a school from its inception and take it to great heights of achievement.

In the professional field, as a leader, I stand well above my peer group with confidence and look forward to pursuing new and challenging opportunities.
