The "Foundations of Taekwondo" course is designed for beginners who are new to the art of Taekwondo or have limited experience. Course Duration: 10 weeks (1 hour per session, twice a week)

Week 1-2: Introduction to Taekwondo

Week 3-4: Basic Strikes and Blocks
- Learning fundamental hand strikes (punches) and foot strikes (kicks)

Week 5-6: Introduction to Poomsae (Forms)
- Understanding the purpose and significance of poomsae
- Learning the first Taekwondo poomsae (Taegeuk Il Jang)

Week 9-10: Review and Graduation
