This 4 day workshop is for anyone looking to maintain calmness and emotional balance in daily life. This workshop comprises of stress reduction techniques and practical solutions for stress reduction.

Module comprises of 4 classes as introduction to yogic postures, breathing exercises, coaching and tips on how to deal with stress in a mindfulness based manner. After the workshop, students can expect to know their triggers, responses and attitudes to stress and thereby work on it proactively. Suitable for anyone from age 14 and above.

Per session is of 1 hour each. This comprises of exercises, homework, discussions, doubt clearing if any and the key take away from the session.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool to bring one to the present moment in full awareness and objectivity. It's proven to work wonders on stress management and general well being. Improves focus and productivity. And fosters good interpersonal relationships, leading to a holistic sense of well being. 

All this would be offered by me- A certified mindfulness professional from University of California, Berkeley and a World Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor.
