"I had life-changing experience with yoga I've started learning yoga from sapna mam that has completely transformed my approach to yoga. By learning to listen to my body and practice mindfulness, I've come to understand the true essence of yoga as a lifestyle. "I had slip disc problem,overian cysts ,knee pain.l was under depression due to so many issues. My routine became normal only when I started yoga therapy with Ms. Sapna Jain. She regularly enquired about our problems and improvements and gave the practice according to it which helped to recover immensely. I wasn't able to regular surysnamaskara initially , but after few days of practice I was able to do regular surysnamaskara with her guidance. My problems related to cysts also reduced day by day. I am totally grateful for her to be a part in my life. Thank you so much ma'am "
