Requirements :

No Prior Experience in Reiki needed.

1)Just be present at the moment.

2) Keep a book and pen handy to write down and journal your experiences.

3) Be Open to Recieve.

This will be more of a thereaupatic session with guided meditation with bliss of Reiki healing. 

Reiki energy guides in directing healing whichever part of body it is intended to heal and aid in recovery.

An open to recieve mindset keeps the channel open for Reiki energy to flow through and help fasten process of natural healing.
