Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) is a modern cloud-based solution that integrates HR processes with talent management, workforce insights, and analytics, while Oracle HRMS (Human Resource Management System) refers to the traditional on-premises system focusing on core HR functionalities without the extended capabilities present in HCM.
