After the age of 21, our bones length stops growing and reaches to their full growth. The growth plates in the long bones, which are responsible for height increase, usually close in the early twenties, leading to the cessation of vertical growth. However, it can grow in some exception cases like it depends on our genetics, nutrition and exercise.
