• Over 18+ Years of experience in IT with CMMI-5 organizations like Wipro Technologies and clients like UBS, Capital One Bank, Credit Suisse, General Motors, Deutsche Bank • ICP ACC certified Agile coach and SAFe SASM, PMI-ACP, CSM certified lean-agile practitioner, experience in driving Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices in various roles including Agile Coach in various scaling frameworks including SAFe and Spotify • Created and conducted customized training courses for Scrum Master, Product Owner, Architects, and Agile Team for various clients, to overcome the challenges faced by the program • Supporting Kanban Transformation of a multi-account support portfolio of LTI (2021): In line with an organization-wide initiative for Agile Transformation wherever possible, the Principle Director from one of the portfolios approached us, a group of agile coaches for help. Ground-level research on current practices, models, mindset, and team interactions helped conduct the assessment and analyze data. Rather than Agile coach, we empowered teams and leads to develop a transformation roadmap by providing them all the knowledge, templates, formats checklists, and case studies, and handholding/ shadowing them throughout the journey.
