"It was 2019,11 March, when I joined Fitness Factory along with my overweight body of 86 kg.. I never joined any gym before this because of my laziness and never thought that I can loose weight. It was my good luck when I met Manuel Sir and he helped me not only to develop my body but also many healthy knowledge I have gained (Which are helping me at this Pendamic situation). Manuel Sir is a different person, different trainer among all the trainers I met till now. Whenever you walk in to him for gymnastics solution, he is always there. I am 65 kg now. (May be 1/2 kg more or less). A happy, diet following and healthy person. Thank you Sir for sharing all your knowledge, valuable time, growing health and helping me to understand myself. "
