I cater variety of Teaching workshops 4/5/6 days Yoga and wellness workshops Personal training - preferred females & couples only . Group training - Minimum of 3 students ,open to travel to client location if they have a workout areas etc. Group training have trained more than 150 students with demonstration and instructions at the same time. Prefer detailed instructions for ease of each and every students Well versed and comfortable teaching for Beginner and Intermediate students Teach in Yoga retreats and wellness centers . .
