In general, it depends on how you present yourself to others and how you present yourself based on the environment or conditions where you interact with people. Things to FOCUS: a) Soft Skills which includes the way you speak, listen and portray body language. b) Your dressing sense based on the requirement. c) Condition Etiquette; based on how to behave where.
