What is the best way to learn playing chords on Guitar for Beginners?

Practice the chord shape first, once you get it right, practice switching the chords with common finger techniques. Once you are good at it practice whole thing with metronome.

Hi All, I have Two Question: 1) I want to have Guitar. So which will be the best one upto the range of 15K. I need Acoustic Guitar only. (Please provide link if possible) 2) I want to learn how to play it. If someone can help me out by giving good Link. I don't have a guitar. Is there an alternate way where I can learn guitar for few days until I purchase one?

Get a guitar from friend or join some classes where they would provide a guitar. "Make sure the guitar is good,easily playble"
