Since there knowledge and studies are in growing age , teachers should not make a strictness at this age as this can lead them to hatred towards studies and educational and this can mislead them. I personally enjoy with students according to their hobbies and always make a question myself to them related to the topics discussed. Personal conversation from my side will be there for each and everyone.
