Experience and beliefs - I possess years of Crossfit and Strength and conditioning training experience with a wide variety of clients at different fitness levels. I believe in quality over quantity. I also believe that everyone is different and training has to be based on the each client’s strengths and weaknesses. I strongly believe in skill over consistency over intensity.

Background - I played different sports growing up ; volleyball, cricket, 100 m , 200 m, long jump. I ran marathons when I started working as an IT professional. I did bodybuilding for a few years but since I was attracted more towards the strength and aerobic side of fitness, I got in to Crossfit, Strength & conditioning and Olympic weightlifting and that’s what I still do and will keep doing for as long as I move. I got certified as a Crossfit L1 trainer after years of Crossfit experience.

What I offer - I offer online home personal training and batch training sessions consisting of Crossfit and Strength & Conditioning workouts of different intensity tailored specifically and differently for every individual and their goals for eg. weight loss, body toning, strength gain, conditioning, skill learning etc.. These workouts can be just bodyweight workouts or workout using equipments if the client has any.I also offer one on one training at the client’s place or my own place. In addition to above I also provide skill development in different areas of Crossfit, Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting.
