Visualisation is best to learn English, watch English movies with subtitles. When you feel you are comfortable without captions, go for it. Practise alone to speak in front of the mirror. Speak short sentences if long sentences make you confused. And never be ashamed to speak English in front of your friends, they can help you with more practice.
