IdentityI kicked off his career in the television industry as an assistant director and scriptwriter. I worked with the esteemed production houses of Mumbai. The bent of creative writing and passion for communication landed him in the field of advertising. I handled the key creative responsibilities of copy-writing and client servicing with various INS accredited agencies. It was the pivotal period of Indian advertising when event management, public relation, e-learning were the new industry.
I shifted my focus on academics of Mass Communication and focused on the fields of Video Production, Film criticism, Journalism, Creative writing, Public Relation, Event Management, Media Research and HyperMedia.
I have acquired MSc. Mass Communication and M.A. English Literature. Bharat Chandra has honed his communication skills, and he proudly proclaims to be the direct student of WW- II veteran Capt Allen Rowe the legendary US copywriter.
Today I am always in touch with the media industry for his freelance work. I mentors and teaches the students of DDM to hone their skills at the funniest level. I am the founder member of VCIC.
A stint in the media industry since 2000 enriched him with conventional and hypermedia since its inception.
