My name is Rucha Inamdar. I am holding a master degree in Yoga Therapy from renowned SVYASA University of Bangalore.

I have an experience of 3 years of offering personal yoga training for general wellness and therapeutic yoga for disease and lifestyle management.

Specialization:

1. I specialize in creating and delivering yoga modules for curing and managing various health disorders. ( Spinal disorders, Hypertension, Diabetes, PCOS & PCOD, Anxiety & Depression and Arthritis)

2. Training beginner's level to advanced with progressive approach improving strength, flexibility and joint stability)
