I am a certified Executive & Life coach from Results Coaching Systems (affiliated to International Coaching Federation) and also a certified Emotional Intelligence assessor and Trainer, certified by Multi Health Systems (Canada).

Both Coaching and Emotional Intelligence training are aimed at helping individuals develop their own unique talents, their leadership qualities and enhance their personal effectiveness in order that they lead a more meaningful, successful and fulfilled lives.

I have done my MA (Eng. Litt.); PG Dip. in HRM and a Dip. in Mass Communication. I worked in a public sector undertaking in Mumbai for 20+ years spearheading the behavioral training initiatives for around 3000 staff.

Prior to joining the Corporate world, I taught English for 9 years.

Helping people live their life to the maximum has been my passion for over 20 years and I will be too glad if I can be of help to you in becoming highly effective both at work place and in your personal life.

However, to gain entry into any institution as an internal trainer or to approach companies or Industries, certifications do help initially. However, having gained entry, further success depends again purely on your knowledge and your capability.
