WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Established and successfully operating a badminton academy named “White Shuttle Badminton Academy” since February 2015 till date.



Achievements in Badminton as a Player and as a Coach.
• Have played the State level and National level championships for 6yrs. (1997- 2003)
• Have acquired training sessions with the Kerala state team.
• Set up my own badminton academy.
• Understanding the history of the player and their family and their relation to badminton.
• Teaching the players about everything related to badminton starting from how to hold the racquet to the concept of playing the sport.
• Interviewed players and their parents for fresh admissions.
• Have helped players participate in tournaments at all levels starting from local tournaments to national level tournaments.
• Have engaged in one to one constructive feedback sessions with all players at regular intervals to make sure the focus is maintained at all times in every player and that in turn helps the players come up the learning curve.
• Have assisted in organizing tournaments by collating entries, creating draws for matches, refer matches, etc..
• Have engaged in conversations with parents of all players regularly to make sure the players and the parents are on the same page as the academy is in terms of the training sessions delivered.
• Have conducted summer camps for beginners to teach new and enthusiastic players.
• Have applied NLP methods to help all players hold up the can do attitude.
