Is it necessary to learn the C language and also C++ before joining an engineering college?

it is not necessary to learn C and C++, but if you want to make your are career in computer then learn C & C++ because these are basic computer language.

How do I learn C++ from the basics?

If you know C language very well then very simple to learn C++ bcz C++ is inherits from C. C++ syntax and logic is similar to C.

Are C and C++ the same?

C & C++ both are different language even though the C++ is inherits from C Language. C Language is totally function based and C++ is Class based which consists member function and data members.C is a procedural language while C++ is a procedural as well as object oriented language.In C language TOP Down... ...more

How do you add an App_Code folder ASP.NET?

just right click on project_name--> then goto add new item--> Add new folder-->give the folder name App_Code and puts all your codde behind files(.cs) in it.
