Identity• Passionate yoga teacher with over 3+ years of professional experience in designing and leading Hatha yoga classes for adults, kids and senior citizens.
• In January 2020, completed an Advanced 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from The Yoga Institute and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques and spiritual elements of yoga teaching.
• Started taking independent Hatha yoga classes for group of 3 people in the beginning which further increased to 15 students.
• Eager to share my expertise and passion with students further and contribute to Fit India Movement which encourages people to remain healthy and fit by including physical activities and sports in their daily lives.
