IdentityI have 27 years of teaching experience in US public and international schools. For the last two years, I am teaching online. I often get feedback from students that they are enjoying the class and do not want me to change anything. I have experience teaching from KG to grade 12. I have also served as an IB examiner in Diploma and MYP. I have given individual tuition to adults.
I am Indian with a permanent residence (green card) in the USA. I have spent a good amount of time and taught in the USA and therefore, understand its education system well. For the past 23 years, I am teaching in the American International School where I teach students from all over the world. I have done my Master's in creative art and explored oil, acrylic, and watercolor media. I have also taken courses in Indian traditional art such as Warli art, Tie N Dye, Batik, and other art forms such as puppet making, doll making, flower decoration, knitting, crochet, embroidery, etc. I practice mindful learning in the classroom and practice Yoga.
