Since 2005 I have started my Hatha Yoga Practices and later introduced to Mixed Yoga Style and continuously exploring.
Professionally I joined yoga as an instructor/teacher since last 10 years including a year abroad. Besides that I have volunteered yoga classes for 5 years in different organizations as well.
The knowledge the skills I learned from my Gurus and self practices, I always try my best to share with Yoga enthusiasts/students.
What is challenging or moreover, evolving I find even other teachers may have the similar experiences during the sessions that the practitioners may come with several expectations of immediate change. They may be from different walks of life, purpose, age, ethnicity, gender but one always has to teach and treat them irrespectively.
One of my observation is that if one focuses only on Yoga Asanas & Pranayamas with proper techniques and disciplines, sure with time one's Dharna / Dhyana improve automatically.
Meanwhile regular self practice and company of nature always helped us to keep our mental/physical energy level at equanimity.
I have earned respect and reasonable amount through my traditional cum professional Yoga career, I do always bow down to our great ancestors who explored this enlightening knowledge of Yog Sadhna to the very world.
At last I must mention that as a teacher or knowledge sharer we not only have to be a grounded calm pesonality but also with a blend of commanding zeal.
