IdentityI facilitated to run HR operations for TrueTech Solutions which includes onboarding, new hire orientation, help floor leadership in the interpretation of policies, performance appraisals, benefits administration, payroll administration, statutory remittances, and tax computation.
Prior to TrueTech Solutions, I was associated with organizations like Inscribe Graphics, Trivent Systems, and TTK Healthcare TPA as an HR generalist/business partner. During my tenure at Inscribe Graphics and Trivent Systems, I helped both the companies to set HR policies/procedures according to business needs, automate leave/attendance management and payroll process. I also had a short stint as a functional consultant in SmartMegh Solutions.
While attending to fellow employees is my primary job function by day, I also enjoy spending time with my family.
