What is the difference between call by value and call by reference?

Call by value is nothing but directly passing the value. Call by reference is passing the address of the value where it is stored in the memory.

Which is a better programming language to learn from Job point of view - Java, Python or Android ??

Java and Android have already been established as the topmost Programming Language. Python on other side is emerging language and many companies are diverging towards this language. So from Job point of view I would suggest Python.
